  • I specialise in working with couples and individuals with relational issues, such as communication breakdowns, intimacy issues, conflicts, and trust issues. I additionally help with boundaries, breaking negative patterns and transform loneliness into wholeness.

  • Based in the vibrant city of Amsterdam, I offer in-person counselling sessions for local clients seeking face-to-face support.

    However, the majority of my clients are online - allowing individuals from around the globe to access support and guidance conveniently.

    From Tuesday to Friday and in some cases Saturday mornings.

  • Couples can choose from 60, 75 and 90 minutes.

    Individuals can choose from 60 to 75 minutes.

    This will be discussed at the end of the orientation session.

  • Sessions are typically scheduled weekly in the first month, then moved on to a biweekly basis, although the frequency can be adjusted based on the urgency of the situation.

  • My fee for couples per session is: 60 min is 70€.
    75 min is 80€
    90 min is 90€.

    Individual couples per session is from 60 min is 50€
    75 min is 70€

    I do not accept insurance.

  • Yes, I offer a sliding scale for clients facing financial challenges. Please inquire about this during our initial discussion. I have limited spaces for this option.

  • My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in Relational Life Therapy, which has three levels to it:

    Compassionately confronting and showing couples/individuals what they’re doing wrong.

    Going deep into uncovering where their negative behaviours came from.

    Teaching people how to behave differently.

    The result? Dramatic character changes and relationship transformations in rapid time.

  • The first session involves testing the waters without any pressure, discussing main goals for therapy and what is getting in the way of these desired goals.

  • I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee.

  • Yes, therapy is confidential. However, there are legal and ethical limitations to confidentiality, such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

  • The duration of therapy varies based on your needs and goals. My aim for couples who aren’t in a crisis are often is to see me regularly for about four months, and then move to a monthly check-in.
    In regards to individuals, my aim is around 6 months and then have monthly check-ins.
    Some clients may find benefit in short-term therapy, while others may choose longer-term engagement.
